Service
You are responsible to answer the questionnaire thoroughly and to provide correct information. After we verify your credit card information, we will build your website, based on the information you provide, and have it online within 7 days after we receive payment for installation. Then we will start charging your credit card every month. You do not own the URL or the website, you are only renting it. If you fail to make the monthly payments your website will be turned off until the account is brought current.
Your ProWebWeaver website is only for business with an established “brick and mortar” location. It can not be used for work-at-home, mail fulfillment, or “online only” business. This is not an ecommerce website.
The following types of websites are not permitted: gambling of any kind, pornography or sexually oriented, any illegal product or service, and network marketing.
We reserve the right to reject any website content.
While your account is paid, your website will be available to the public 99.9% of the time, calculated on an annual basis. We will respond to technical support issues on the same business day, and other issues within 2 business days.
After your website is created you will be able to update your content using WordPress. Depending on your Plan level, we can also help you with updates.
Privacy
ProWebWeaver will not sell or disclose your contact information unless under a court order or a legitimate law enforcement request.
Any information on your website is public information.
We do not store your credit card information.
Security
We take industry standard precautions against hacking of the website, including firewall protection and virus scans. Two- factor authentication is mandatory.
You are responsible to safeguard your own security credentials. We are not responsible for anything done in your account by someone logged in with your credentials.
Refunds and Cancellation
Refunds are only issued if the website is not provided timely according to the Service section above, or if the website is made incorrectly or malfunctions.
There is no guarantee that the website alone will increase your sales. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OF SUITABILITY FOR YOUR BUSINESS, except we do guarantee that we will produce a quality website including the information your provide. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the website you may receive a full refund by making a request within 30 days of your first payment. If you do not request a refund within 30 days of your first payment, this signifies your acceptance of the work and you are obligated for a minimum of 6 monthly payments, after which you can cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided. Cancellations will become effective on the due date or your next monthly payment after the initial 6 month minimum.
To request a cancellation or refund, send an email to support@prowebweaver.com with your website URL, from your User Email address for security confirmation, and the reason for your request.
Agreement
This is the complete agreement between you and Cerenimbus Inc.. This replaces all previous agreements written or oral. No oral agreement can be made by any representative of Cerenimbus Inc. DBA ProWebWeaver. Cerenimbus Inc. can change this agreement at any time by notifying you using your email address as provided in your account profile.
